World's Most Expensive Cigar? Deja Vu?

Remember our post of the Worlds Most Expensive Cigar back in November 2006? That was for a new Cohiba product that sold for $18,000 for 40 cigars to a drum. Well, Gurka couldn't contain themselves and have produced the most expensive cigar in the world. Coming in at a mere $14,999.95 (clever how they shaved that nickle off eh?) for a box of 20 or $750 for a single stick! "His Magesty's Reserve (HMR) is produced in extremely small quantities of less than 100 boxes per year. The cigar consists of a rare aged Dominican wrapper encompassing a secret blend of fillers from around the world. Once rolled, the cigars undergo a unique fusion process that entails a full bottle of Louis XIII Cognac.

Because of the small quantities that are produced yearly, only a few retailers are chosen for this product. Our friends at Cigar.com will be glad to assist you, I am sure, in purchasing a box or two! Click here for more information on this rare Gurka.
