Cigar Mechanic is a bi-directional humidifier, which utilizes revolutionary Nano-Bead technology. It will absorb extra moisture when humidity is high and release steady humidity when your cigars need it most.
Simply soak in water for 45 seconds and drain excess water. (distilled water is recommended but not necessary) Beads will turn from an opaque white to a clear transluscent color. Now the beads are ready to use.
Cigar Mechanic will maintain the perfect conditions for your humidor while keeping it mold free.

Non-Damaged/ Non-Defective Returns:
All products can be returned to us for a full refund/exchange of the
product price. All return requests must be made within 30 days of
purchase, be in the original manufacturer's box along with all
manufacturer supplied packaging material and a copy of the order or
invoice. All requests for refunds and or/exchanges must have a Return
Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#), no exceptions. Please request your RMA # through our help desk by simply
emailing us.
All returns must be shipped within 5 days of the date the RMA# was
issued. All returned products must be in re-saleable condition to be
eligible for a refund. Shipping charges and sales tax are never refunded
and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We
strongly suggest that return shipments be insured as damage in transit
or lost return shipments in transit are the sole responsibility of the
customer.
All non-authorized returns will be refused and returned to the customer
at the customers expense. Any orders that are refused by the recipient
and returned to us will be refused and returned to the customer at the
customers expense. Refunds will be made within 14 days from our receipt
of the returned items.
Holiday Season Return Extension: For
orders placed November 15th through December 15th, we will extend the
return policy to notifying us on or before January 15th to obtain your
return RMA#.

Damaged/Defective Returns:
If your merchandise arrives in damaged or is defective due to
manufacturing errors, the customer must report the damage or defect to
us with 2 business days of receipt of the merchandise to be eligible for
a refund or exchange. Please report all damaged/defective merchandise
requests through our CRM system by
emailing
us at our help desk. If you can attach a photo of the defect or damage,
it will helpful in processing your return request. A call tag will be
issued with UPS or FedEx who will pick up the damaged/defective unit and
return it to us. Once the damaged/defective unit is received by us, an
exchange and/or refund will be authorized. Refunds will be made within
14 days from our receipt of the returned items.
