Application: Cigar Oasis Plus XL was designed specifically to fill the need for the larger personal humidors, such as end tables, wall units and other small furniture or sales display cabinets. Using the unique Cigar Oasistechnology the Cigar Oasis Plus has been redesigned to provide more rapid humidification, thus able to service the larger capacities as indicated above. It uses distilled water only (no chemicals) and based on the size of the enclosures how dry the cigars are and frequency of opening and closing the humidor, the water cartridge will need to be refilled with distilled water.

Operation: The Cigar Oasis Plus XL looks almost exactly like the renowned Cigar Oasis, but the air flow characteristics have been changed to allow for greater air movement with a wicking system for rapid humidification. The Cigar Oasis Plus XL is placed inside the closed humidor enclosure and air is drawn from openings provided in the back and side of the unit and channeled into the water cartridge where it is humidified and drawn through the wick system and exhausted in the humidor. This greater air volume provides for the rapid humidification and the unique sensor then controls the humidity to the desired set point. A major advantage of Cigar Oasis Plus XL is that it is an active humidifier that circulates the air in the humidor, every time the humidity drops below the set point. The water cartridge is permanent so there is no need to replace it as with the Cigar Oasis, but needs to be refilled as operating conditions dictate.

Here is our return policy:

Non-Damaged/ Non-Defective Returns: All products can be returned to us for a full refund/exchange of the product price. All return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase, be in the original manufacturer's box along with all manufacturer supplied packaging material and a copy of the order or invoice. All requests for refunds and or/exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#), no exceptions. Please request your RMA # through our help desk by simply emailing us.  All returns must be shipped within 5 days of the date the RMA# was issued. All returned products must be in re-saleable condition to be eligible for a refund. Shipping charges and sales tax are never refunded and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly suggest that return shipments be insured as damage in transit or lost return shipments in transit are the sole responsibility of the customer. All non-authorized returns will be refused and returned to the customer at the customers expense. Any orders that are refused by the recipient and returned to us will be refused and returned to the customer at the customers expense. Refunds will be made within 14 days from our receipt of the returned items.

Holiday Season Return Extension:

For orders placed November 15th through December 15th, we will extend the return policy to notifying us on or before January 15th to obtain your return RMA#.  Email us to request a RMA#.

Damaged/Defective Returns:

If your merchandise arrives in damaged or is defective due to manufacturing errors, the customer must report the damage or defect to us with 2 business days of receipt of the merchandise to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please report all damaged/defective merchandise requests through our CRM system by emailing us at our help desk. If you can attach a photo of the defect or damage, it will helpful in processing your return request. A call tag will be issued with UPS or FedEx who will pick up the damaged/defective unit and return it to us. Once the damaged/defective unit is received by us, an exchange and/or refund will be authorized. Refunds will be made within 14 days from our receipt of the returned items.
