Shipping Information:
Domestic shipments ship via FedEx or UPS. All APO, FPO shipments ship via USPS Priority Mail only. International shipments ship via USPS Priority International or USPS Global Express Guaranteed.
The majority of in stock orders will ship in 1-2 business days from the day we receive the order. If we receive the order on Friday, generally it will ship on Monday or Tuesday. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday generally will ship on Monday or Tuesday. Personalized or engraved items take longer to ship as we need a few additional days to get the personalization or engraving done.
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.
If we receive an order for a out-of-stock item, the order will automatically be placed on backorder status.
Return Policy:
Non-Damaged/ Non-Defective Returns:
All products can be returned to us for a full refund/exchange of the product price. All return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase, be in the original manufacturer's box along with all manufacturer supplied packaging material and a copy of the order or invoice. All requests for refunds and or/exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#), no exceptions.
All returns must be shipped within 5 days of the date the RMA# was issued. All returned products must be in re-saleable condition to be eligible for a refund. Shipping charges and sales tax are never refunded and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly suggest that return shipments be insured as damage in transit or lost return shipments in transit are the sole responsibility of the customer.
All non-authorized returns will be refused and returned to the customer at the customers expense. Any orders that are refused by the recipient and returned to us will be refused and returned to the customer at the customers expense. Refunds will be made within 14 days from our receipt of the returned items
Holiday Season Return Extension: For orders placed November 15th through December 15th, we will extend the return policy to notifying us on or before January 15th to obtain your return RMA#.
Damaged/Defective Returns:
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives in damaged or is defective due to manufacturing errors, the customer must report the damage or defect to us with 2 business days of receipt of the merchandise to be eligible for a refund or exchange. A RMA # will be issued and a call tag will be issued with UPS or FedEx who will pick up the damaged/defective unit and return it to us. All non-authorized returns will be refused. Once the damaged/defective unit is received by us, an exchange and/or refund will be authorized. Refunds will be made within 14 days from our receipt of the returned items.

International Orders:
All International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International or USPS Global Guaranteed as specified by the customer. The customer is solely responsible for any VAT taxes, sales taxes, import duties or any other fee's imposed by the customers government. Humidor Vault will not reimburse customers for these charges. Refunds will be made within 14 days from our receipt of the returned items

Business to Business Orders:
